Seize the Birthday #179-Touch of Red

Welcome to another great challenge here at Seize the Birthday! Before I get to our last challenge of 2019, I would like to thank our guest Annie for being with us these past few months. You were a delight to have onboard and we all enjoyed your wonderful creations.  
Now, Glenda has a great topping for us to finish off the year with! We will be taking the month of December off but will announce the winners of this Topping on Dec. 5th.

You can let your design hang off the edge of your card and

or off the edge of your mat.  Also, you can stamp your

 image so part of it is off the card and doesn't show.
