Seize the Birthday #311 - No Flowers

Hello Crafters,

It's Jules here, and I will be your host for this challenge round of Seize the Birthday.  As host, it is my honor to select the (optional) Topping.  A few months back we were challenged to use flowers in our designs, so I thought the perfect follow-up to this would be NOT to use florals of any sort.  This may be very easy for some but if florals are your "go-to," I challenge you to create a card without them.

If you're not a toppings kinda person, well...you can just
stick with our usual "Anything Goes" Birthday!

Just remember to keep it a Birthday Theme!

Seize the Birthday #309-Food and or Drink

Welcome to July Crafters! Glenda here. Hope everyone is having a great month so far. Summer (my favourite season) is in full swing in my neck of the woods and I love sitting on a patio with cold drinks and tasty snacks... so that's what prompted my topping this week! Looking forward to seeing your tasty creations.

Before we proceed to the cards below, I would like to introduce you to our next Surprise Party Guest. We have Karen Letchworth joining us for the next two months.

Here is a little about her! 

Hello, creative friends, new and old!  My name is Karen Letchworth, and I've been cardmaking and crafting since I was a little girl.  I've been married to my BFF for 40 years this Summer, and we're blessed to be the parents of three amazing adults and the grandparents of six adorable little ones.  My blog is called My Cup Runneth Over, and that pretty much sums up my life.  I feel blessed every day, and I'm honored to be the Surprise Party Guest here at Seize the Birthday for July & August.  I hope that you'll be inspired by some of my art, and I really hope that you will take a moment to FOLLOW me on social media.  I'm happy to do the same for you - I love making new creative friends.  Happy crafting and creating, everyone.  I can't wait to see what you create!
