Seize the Birthday #303-Layer It

Hello Crafters Nancy here, and I am happy to be your hostess for this challenge.  I have chosen "Layer It " for my Topping and here are a few suggestions in case you are stumped.

Remember, our Topping is optional and we would love for you to use it, but if you would rather you can always play with our "Anything Goes Birthday."
