Seize the Birthday #306-Use a Frame

Hello Crafters, Ashwini here as your hostess for this challenge. I have chosen the topping to 'Use a Frame', just because I had a new set of dies in my stash that I wanted to put to good use!! Why not, right?! Enjoy using your dies or stamps, or even something hand drawn. Whatever suits your purpose!

Of course, we still have the 'Anything Goes' as the option, in case you are not in the mood for frames.

Before we get to the amazing cards below,  we also have Carol Mayne with us today.  Carol was the overall winner of our previous challenge using our Topping. Welcome, Carol! We are all happy to have you with us!

Seize the Birthday #305-Flowers

                                                              Hello Crafters,

Nancy Here!  I am happy to be your host for today's challenge here at Seize the Birthday, and I believe you are going to love this Topping. Since it is the beginning of May and they say, "April Showers bring May Flowers, " I would like you to make a birthday card with FLOWERS!   

Before we get to the cards below, I want to introduce you to our next Surprise Party Guest, who will need no introduction.  We have Wanda Cullen joining us for the next two months.  

Welcome, Wanda, we're so happy to have you designing with us!

Here is a little bit about her!  

Hello from the beautiful Shendandoah Valley in Virginia! I grew up in northeastern Ohio, went to college in VA and met my husband there. I'm a retired registered nurse having worked on a surgical floor and then mostly at a vocational rehabilitation center for 40 years, I am loving retirement though it has been a trying time with fighting breast cancer and then my husband's multiple myeloma. Life is still good and we are blessed with 4 grandchildren who are so much fun to spoil! I'm also enjoying having more time in my craft room. I've been stamping for about 30 years and it just doesn't get old for me! I was honored to be asked to join as a guest for the STB team during May and June (it's one of my favorite challenges).
