Seize the Birthday #16 - One more day to play!

Happy Monday everyone!  It's Glenda J here... hope you had a fabulous weekend.  Playing with the goodies from the Cutting Cafe again today.  The picture frame, flowers and sentiment are all from The Cutting Cafe. They are generously offering 3 sets of the winner's choice for one lucky crafter this week!
