Seize the Birthday #318-Make Your Own Snowflake Background.

Hello Crafters,

Welcome to the start of a brand new year - 2026! We've got some wonderful challenges lined up, and I am excited to kick things off. It's Barbara, and I will be your host for the next two weeks.

For the first challenge of the year, I'd like to invite you to create your own snowflake background. Let's call it a "Blizzard of Snowflakes." Use any technique you like - stamping, die-cutting, stenciling, inking, or mixed media. I can't wait to see the beautiful winter magic you come up with.

Here is a bit more about her! 

I'm a musician and music teacher, living and working in London, UK. I began cardmaking around twenty years ago as a way to relax, using a few Christmas rubber stamps and a couple of ink pads. I soon became hooked, my stash multiplied, and it has now taken over an entire room! These days, I also use dies, embossing folders, and pretty papers on my creations, but I'm still a stamper at heart. Although my job is fairly creative, I also enjoy baking and reading in my spare time, as well as sneaking into my craft room for a play!

We also have Stephanie Severin joining us for this challenge, as she was our overall winner from our last challenge of the year!

Our "Topping" option this time is...

If you're not a toppings kinda person, well...you can just
stick with our usual "Anything Goes" Birthday!

The choice is yours!

Just remember to keep it a Birthday Theme!
